Seemed like I had growing pains in my forearms today so I laid off the arm training. Nose still running. Picked mum up from the airport yay!

Again, nanna wanted me to go out. We ordered zambreros for lunch and then stayed at Phil's house. We went out to see Aunty Kylie and saw Ben and Paris' new dog, Murphy. Interesting as Paris made the Litchfield family love little fru fru pets, but Uncle Lance hates the thing. I like all dogs but prefer bigger dogs tbh.

Used Jeff aka Athlean X sore in 6 minutes Bodyweight workout for chest and back, using a HIIT ab workout that I normally do. 10 min 33 sec 11 msec for chest & back, 9 min 36 sec 43 msec for Abs/core. Had to do a quick one since I was going out to Aunty Kylies later on.

Intervals with John at XC training at Belmont. Was very hard tbh, but I made sure that my mind didn't think it was hard at the time.

This time it just really hurt because I am either getting worse with the flu or I am having a growth spurt. My bones are so sore I am literally going to fall asleep rn.
