So far my creatine loading has been working really well! Just suuuper anxious about not drinking enough water.
Did Total Body workout A - Squat, Hip thrust, Bench Press, Chin up, Farmers carry, Face Pulls.
I also did some Tricep pushdowns and Tricep Push away things where you lie on a bench which is about 45-70 degrees and you push a very light dumbell away from you behind your body. I also did some lateral raises so my middle delts could get some lactic acid in them. I just do these extra exercises along with some DB Clean and Presses to give my body a complete workout.
