"easy run" today. It was like 65 degrees out so today was too nice to pass up a run. I thought i was just really tired because im out of shape, (which i am) but i was actually going a decent pace, so i guess theres still hope for me.

Attempted Dylans lifting day 1 routine. I didnt know how to do a few of them and i didnt have a lot of equipment so i didnt do too much.

Lifted some weights, practiced the hangboard, and did some pushups in my room

First official run back since being cut from the team. I've been living like scum for the past 3 weeks so i just wanted a nice and short run to start off the week. I must have forgot i was running because this is really slow
