"easy run" today. It was like 65 degrees out so today was too nice to pass up a run. I thought i was just really tired because im out of shape, (which i am) but i was actually going a decent pace, so i guess theres still hope for me.
Attempted Dylans lifting day 1 routine. I didnt know how to do a few of them and i didnt have a lot of equipment so i didnt do too much.
Lifted some weights, practiced the hangboard, and did some pushups in my room
