Wasn't feeling super good today. Very tight or tense muscles and joint and bone pain. Sesh on the foam roller and stretching helped the muscles slightly.
Struggled to settle into much of a rhythm until I was pretty much finished. Heel pain towards the end, sore post run.
Good to get a run in and I had fun.
