Only rode to work today. A big storm came through just as I was finishing so I got a bus home

Ride to work and home.
Ran loads of stock up stairs at work today. Very tired, riding home was difficult. I'm a little worried about work tomorrow, not sure i'll be able to walk!

Felt pretty good riding today even though it was very hot getting to work.

10 mins on the elliptical. Heel began to hurt at about 8mins. Also did physio stretches etc.

Wasn't feeling super good today. Very tight or tense muscles and joint and bone pain. Sesh on the foam roller and stretching helped the muscles slightly.

Struggled to settle into much of a rhythm until I was pretty much finished. Heel pain towards the end, sore post run.

Good to get a run in and I had fun.

Racing a storm home today. Thankfully didn't get too wet. Tired legs but overall not too bad.
