Effort on long run was good and it was nice to get out and stretch the legs after the bus ride. My right hip towards the middle half was really bothering me and my right knee wasn't feeling very good either. The pain was constant for the rest of the day. Strength Y was a good workout today, despite some pains, made sure to stay focused on get the most out of each exercise.
