WU and tempo felt very groggy but came around later in the run. The workout was tough but strong. Didn't have Rebekkah to push me for the 200s but was happy to hit Wednesday effort alone. Ended up having to shorten the recoveries on the last few 200s to make sure I hit the right effort. Good workout overall.
