Really good effort on the swim, drills, and WO. Pain was pretty bad in my knee for the drills in and out of water and on the DWR, only bothered me on the WO a bit. Really hit the middle set hard to see what I could get done and still carry through in the last set. Shoulders were exhausted but stayed focused on the effort and was able to carry through!

Did a lot of moving around during orientation and didn’t stretch as much as I wanted to. Knee was sore to walk but put that to the side and got some good work done on the elliptical but was still very focused on the discomfort and pain. Got off a few minutes earlier than planned because of sharp pain. Did some rolling of my lower back, and focused on stretching out IT bands and quads.
