Really strong running today. No aches or pains during the run. First 1500m was smooth and strong and left me out of breath but muscles feeling good. Second 1500m was strong but had to really bring my focus in and push it to the end. Focuses on pushing the arms in the last 3 laps and staying tall which seemed to help out a lot.

Good workout today. Felt like I got a good BF run at the beginning to kick off the workout. Elliptical was smooth today without too much discomfort across my hip. Stride at all out was rough but the other two were great. Arms were feeling pretty dead during the med ball routine.

Very tough workout. Was running with Rebekkah at 59s/300m but she started dropping me during the 100m recoveries. The 200s felt relaxed and strong. R hip was bothering me afterwards, L shin was feeling sore.

Cough and sore throat but wasn't bad for breathing. Feel like I hit the swim and drills on this one. The workout was great and had a lot of focus on form and increasing the effort with each set. R hip was sore during strides.

R hip was sore during the run and elliptical but managed without any accommodations. I feel like it has been coming on less aggressively than before.

Really good workout this morning despite not feeling the best. Found the 5 mins hard very difficult in the last minute but the 4mins was definitely harder than I paced it to be. The rest of the workout felt really strong and smooth though.
