Light run at LPH and around Boulevard. Little soreness but nothing too bad. Modified the weights a bit since I had no bands.

Ran to the hanger and back for some upper body work. Knee felt pretty good with a little bit of soreness in the evenings.

Was pretty tired and felt unfocused at the beginning of the workout but tried pushing that away and putting my effort into what I was doing at the time. Came around after. Knee is feeling pretty good!

Tempo felt quick. Breathing was under control and pushed it a couple times to make sure. Gave a little extra in the CD. Knee was feeling good.

Early morning run was nice and great to get out for more than I have been. Some tightness came on about 3/4 of the way but rolled it out fine after. Things are looking up!
