Was pretty tired and felt unfocused at the beginning of the workout but tried pushing that away and putting my effort into what I was doing at the time. Came around after. Knee is feeling pretty good!

Enjoyed the longer intervals, made sure to be mentally engaged and focus during the second half when I noticed going through the motions. Good workout.

Early morning run was nice and great to get out for more than I have been. Some tightness came on about 3/4 of the way but rolled it out fine after. Things are looking up!
