Nice long run today with the crew. Shoulders were tight and sore for some reason, something to get Blake to check out on Tuesday. Knees were a little sore but nothing too bad.

Great workout, muscles felt weak. Tempo felt good and the 1k loops got faster. Second tempo was not fast and flowy, but the effort was good.

Solid pool workout, nailed the 6 minute swim. The workout was good, got a little distracted in the 45 acouple times. The last couple 10x4 were tough.

Struggled on the workout and got better. Got unfocused on occasion but re-engaged and brought back the relaxation. Good work on tempo, got some good practice with falling into the tempo and enjoying it. Breathing was on the money, muscles felt weak throughout. Tough 1 minute sets at the end.
