Really good effort on the intervals. Suffered a bit in the middle but dealt with it and finished up strong and with a good mindset. Shins feeling sore to the touch. Feels okay after running a bit.
Lower back feeling sore (good sore). Shins didn’t feel too bad on this one.

Okay pool workout, was feeling unfocused in the middle set but got in deep for that last one. Need to work some more on pushing hard the whole way through.

Great effort on the workout. Last bit of the surge was tough. The first 2 mins of steady were no easier. Got back into a good rhythm towards the end of the steadys. Shins still sore, calves okay. Hit the gym for some weights afterwards.
Nice run up and around Mount Royal. Calves were tight and shins were pretty sore. Rolling seems to be helping calves but not so much the shins. Been icing them as well.
