Great work on the ellip, the intervals were tough but commutes to increasing the effort throughout. Last 10 were alright, started the level too low. Got a good effort in towards the end but there was still more there. Good focused PS.

Hoped on the bike to warm up the muscles and then had a good long stretch going. Hips were feeling pretty tight before hand as well as right calf.

Elliptical felt okay, found it out more stress than usual though (used the downstairs one so maybe that’s why?). Got a good sweat going anyways and hammered out a great effort on the bike.

Wasn't too bad, thought it was going to be colder than it was. Knee didn't feel the greatest from the start but didn't get any worse during the run.

I went too easy on the first two sets, should have been more aggressive. The other 8 were good, pushed hard and got better. The guys out running on the track definitely got me pushing harder in the middle, wanting to get back out there!

Great workout today, was tired and didn’t feel like going at all when I woke up. Got in nice and deep in the first set, the rest was really tough but I lived! Strides were iffy, first one wasn’t terrible so I tried a bit quicker on the second but wasn’t having any of it. Med ball was ehh, shoulders were sore and not much extra movement in the hips today.

The run was decent, doesn’t hurt quite so much if I focus on keeping it a little straighter on the swing forward. Nice to get going with the group again.

Ran over to the elliptical but the last one was not working for me so hopped on the bike. Fun time practicing the longer intervals in the middle! Good work with the weights, deadlifts were feeling a little weak today.

Knee felt really rough in the morning. Hit the elliptical and didn’t feel that great from the start. Considered moving to the bike mid way through. Kept going for another ten to see how it would react and the pain didn’t get too much worse so ended up finishing on the elliptical anyways. Med ball was great, felt strong - squats are getting slightly better.

Time went by surprisingly quick. Kept the effort up, was huffing and puffing pretty good towards the end.
