Felt like I couldn’t catch my breath today. Tempo was cold but but felt strong at least. Felt good from John to Oliver physically just couldn’t get my breathing going.

Listening to the fellas incessantly talk about Hunger Games made time go by pretty quick. Had some fun with the drills, bit of stuff to work on in the future for form work. Good stuff on weights. Cough subsided a lot, felt overall worse after the workout though, had a chill a come on after the weights.

Decent run, nothing too quick. Lungs were still rough but not coughing quite as much as this morning. Body felt good otherwise.

Time went by quick, didn't get too much of a sweat on though despite the heat. Might be a tad dehydrated the past few days. Feeling somewhat better.

Okay run, kept it slow. Tried doing a couple surges but started coughing for a stupid amount of time both times and couldn’t catch my breath. Was fine as long as I kept an effort that didn’t need heavier breathing. Hopefully this is cleared up for the am.

Decent workout, let Stoppa get away in the second interval, really focused in relaxing and moving strong in 3 and 4 and bridged the gap a bit. Lungs were killing me, had a hard time getting any deep breaths without coughing. Weights were good! Was feeling pretty weak by the end of it.
