Got a good effort in on the hills, focused on relaxing on the downs and just letting go. Foot wasn't feeling too great so back to LU for the ellip.

Foot was still hurting for the first half of this but wasn't too bad after. More icing/stretching, calves are feeling better than usual though, thought toe/foot was related to that but maybe not? Good effort anyways, strength x seemed easier today too, maybe wasn't as engaged in it?
