This hurt everything. The hills were tough, foot felt mostly okay. Took the downhills little lighter and hit the ups hard. Was a good mental game on this one.

Was a grind, foot didn’t feel great but no pain again today. Avoided strides on this one. Hit the weights good, hotel has a pretty decent facility. Iced the foot throughout the day while studying.

Brought my notes down and got some good aerobic work in. Took a bit of a swim in the outdoor pool afterwards to cool off.

Decent pace, started slow but got some good work in towards the middle and the end. Foot was pretty rough through the run but not painful exactly. Hips were feeling tighter than usual.

Went easy on the A’s with my left foot. The first 90sec got me good. Feel like I did a good job of pushing when it got tougher, arms felt weak on the intervals. Focused on my mechanics during the strifes which clearly needs more attention. I need an extra foot of height to hit the roof...

Workout started off really strong, felt great aerobically. Was already feeling it by the second interval. My foot started getting bad in the fourth, went into recovery and went for it again in the second set but pulled out on number 6. Need to get this figured out ASAP.
