First half felt strong and brisk, the second half really kicked me in the teeth. Was a good mental workout to push on the intervals and then carry through with tempo (was not the smoothest going). Took a good minute or two until the tempo felt even kind of okay. Quads were feeling pretty rough and quite tight.

Was a tough one today. Worked hard mentally for the steadies, had to keep reassuring myself I was okay. Foot was hurting 5 in but tried to just keep that from my mind and push forward. I think I let in a bit in the middle and brought it back on the last two. Need to make sure I keep that going the whole workout.
