Great workout today, everything felt tight and sore but great effort. Worked well with a small group, legs started tying up real good on the last set somewhere in the middle of the 300. Hams and glutes had a good hurt in the end.

Not too shabby of a workout, shin was really bothering me after standing all day, didn't get much work done on the calves since yesterday. My mechanics felt really off today once I got on the track, the 300s felt real fast. Missed a couple of them. Did CD back at the hanger on ellip. Good SR, massage tomorrow.

Great workout for the mental game, worked hard and pushed well in the 3rd/4th sets. 2nd was tough to keep going. Shin was feeling rough during CD. Very achey before and after workout. Massage for later this week, stretch and rolling. Added in some calf work when I got home.
