Catch-up took a lot more effort than it used to and breast stroke needs some work now. Had fun with the intervals, really felt it in my lats. Adductors cramped up real bad after eggbeater, easy stretching fixed it up.

I think the most I've ever not wanted to run. Went after clinical around 11:30 and passed out as soon as I got home. Run was a decent pace but definitely wasn't;t very focused, body felt good though.

Another good loop around belrose and the neighbourhood. Guts hurt in the middle, got some great work done in the last 40.
