Steady 75 minutes: Ran to Penrhyn park and did 6 large loops of 0.9 mile and then ran home. Each lap had around 100ft of climb so pushed slightly on the hills and relaxed on the descents. Beautiful sunny weather and thoroughly enjoyable, calves still a little sore but once stretched off after they felt alright!
