30 minute tempo progression, planned to go from 5:40-5:00 so very happy to go from 5:38-4:55 pace. Lovely day, a little windy but sunny weather and even wore a vest! Splits were: 5:38, 5:28, 5:19, 5:08, 4:58, 4:55 ( for .79). Legs felt amazing and felt very comfortable and felt i could have pushed even more. Last two minutes breathing rate was beginning to elevate but legs felt good! Probably the best ive ever felt in a session, very very happy with the results of my training so far. Last 5k was 15:40 also so thats a good time considering i had a fast few miles prior.
