90 mins steady with Chris on the trails. Bitterly cold with snow flurries, but felt okay. Rolled ankle a few times which twinged slightly and also felt pretty stressed due to imminent deadlines, but all in all a good from of procrastination.

15 easy on the fields then 8 x 300m hill reps by the roman stone monuments with Chris then 15 easy on the fields. Hill sprints covering around 100ft per rep. Recovery was a 300m jog down the same route which equated to around 70 seconds. Bitterly cold with icy hail underfoot on the grass made tough running as well as chest being very tight. Felt good for 6 then deteriorated a little, but it was expected with it being my first session back. Overall went well and felt good.

Easy 40 minutes with Chris then 5 x 15 seconds hill sprints. Felt good, but horrendous conditions very snowy and bitterly cold

Easy grass 40 mins with Chris. Felt good to run on the grass again however the grass was extremely muddy and it felt heavy going.
Strides felt great, good to be running fast again.

Easy 15 minutes Warm up then 45 minutes at moderate pace between 6:17-5:54 (dependent on gradient). Felt good in horrendous conditions.
