Late 75 minutes after a busy day, felt pretty demotivated but glad to have got it done in a pretty nice setting. Legs felt pretty good considering the busy few days.

Short warm up for Parkrun, legs feeling pretty heavy after a lot of mileage but warmed up nicely.

Trail Running race 16:09 [5] 3.12 mi (5:11 / mi) +318ft 4:43 / mi

Penrhyn Parkrun: 1st, very scenic nice route culminating of 2 large laps and 2 short laps both of which included a killer hill averaging around 12% for around 0.3 of a mile which gained about 80ft per lap. Laps were pretty consistent with the first large lap being 4:47 then 4:45, then the short laps being 3:10 and 3:07 so pretty pleased with that overall! Legs felt pretty comfortable but it was very undulating course so no fast times.

Post Parkrun moderate 50 minutes with chris on the grass, legs felt very good considering and we progressed into it nicely getting quicker and quicker. Beautiful day as well so it certainly is happy days!

Easy 70 minutes on the grass with Chris then 6 x Diagonals, legs felt good and it was a lovely brisk morning with frozen ground and even the sun was out. Happy days!

Another cracking day in the mountains with Dad, ran from llanberis upto Moel Eilio along the ridges (same route as intercounties) to Moel Cynghorion then descended the same way as the relays where i dislocated my thumb, which is just as steep! Very enjoyable couple of hours in the sun on the mountains!

Run up Snowdon with dad, very snowy beyond half way so walked quite a bit of it as it was dangerous and someone had died on it the day prior. Great day out though and lots of fun! Good to get a good bit of climb in my legs amongst the fast road miles!

Track session with the north wales group, very good and capable group so pretty positive in that regard. Ran 8 x 600m then 1 x 400m then 2 x 200m all off 200m active recovery. Ran in a kenyan formation so in a line with one person taking each rep, legs felt very good and that reflected on the times. 600m averaged 1:42 (1:40-144) then ran the 400m in 55 so i was very pleased with that then ran the 2 x 200m in 28/27 seconds. Very good group tonight so very pleased and positive!

Steady 70 minutes out and back to Anglesey. Legs felt pretty good and felt in a good mood after just getting my haircut. Pretty positive run as it was quite warm aswell. Happy days
