Working with a huge field off campus. Warmed up with one lap, dynamic stretching, and a few accelerators. Did a cutting drill next with short and meaningful cuts, did forehand and backhand cuts. Next played "dog" which is a sprinting drill for a long pass with a defender and an ofender competing. Did both backhand and forehand. Ended with a scrimmage of 7 on 7 where I played cup and popper, which means I did a lot of sprinting.
