Another basketball workout. Started with fire feet and quick reaction for 4 min. Then did 3 sets of 12 push-ups, 15 squats, 10 Superman's, 20 lunges, and 10 V-ups. Then layups and then 2 shooting drills. Then we did cone dribbling. Then we did dribbling while throwing a tennis ball. Finally we ended with a scrimmage type game.
