Basketball lesson where we focused on drippling and speed. With breaks of shooting and form. Worked on better agility. Hard workout ended up really tired and sweaty.

Note

Had oral surgery today to get my wisdom teeth removed. I'm on antibiotics and more. Not allowed to eat solid/hard foods or exercise for a week.

Another basketball workout. Started with stretching and then fire feet and quick reaction for 4 min. Then did 3 sets of 12 push-ups, 15 squats, 10 Superman's, 20 lunges, and 10 V-ups. Then layups and then 2 shooting drills. Then we did cone dribbling. Then we did dribbling while throwing a tennis ball. Finally we ended with a motion drill and a shooting/defense drill.

Then layups and then 2 shooting drills. Then we did cone dribbling. Then we did dribbling while throwing a tennis ball. Finally we ended with a scrimmage type game.

Did a lot of conditioning drills with a basketball in our hands. So a mix of the two. Logging this the day after and I am SO sore. Made us do 3 reps of 12 plank-push-ups, 10 squats, 10 Superman's, 20 lunges, and 10 V-ups. Basketball drills after.

5k race on Sunday. It was straight up a hill for 1.5 miles and straight down the same hill for 1.5 more miles. It was a lot of climb and not very fun. I was very unprepared.
