Did the first two miles at 7.0 mph. Then the third mile at 7.5. Then the next half mile at 7.0. Finish by increasing it by .2 every .125 miles. And the last .125 was run at 8.0

Half field resistance cutting
Full field down and back sled sprints
Half field shuttle sprints
Then spent an hour running basketball drills, coach kept telling us to pick it up and it got super tiring.

Second 30 min was spent doing some aerobic bball drills.

Scrimmaged the whole time. Started with 2 on 2, then 3 on 3. It was super fun, the boys are a lot faster than me so it's a good workout.

Felt kinda slow but was super sore from my hike so I am okay with that.

Paddleboarding 2:15:00 [3]

Went paddleboarding/swimming with my friends, which was a big adventure. We went maybe 2.5 miles but going up current was a battle. My arms and core will hurt after this.

Lots of climb in very little distance. I can already feel my glutes and quads being sore.

Hiked a different way down so the knees wouldn't hurt too bad. Stomach hurt the whole way down tho...but fun hike.
