Warm up drills at high speed. Conditioning lay-up drills. Conditioning shooting drills. Good stretching. Pretty intense practice today but reduced it to an hour instead of an hour and a half.

Played most of the game. Won by a lot. Intense and physical game.

After did stretching and ankle exercises to strengthen my weak ankle.

Intense practice today. Preparing for game tomorrow. Brace is really helping my knee. Split up posts and guards (I'm a post).

Had a private basketball lesson although I tried not to do any full out sprinting, worked on my form and upper body strength with basketball exercises. It was an intense focus and workout for an hour

Rest day ordered by the doctor due to my knee injury. Wanted me to be off my legs all day which I followed.

Went to the doctor beforehand to check on my knee. Got a brace, they determined it has nothing to do with the bones (through x-rays) and they cannot tell without an MRI if it has to do with the ligaments. Was only allowed to play 16 min of the 32. I played all of the 16 minutes. We won.

Had practice but was only allowed to shoot and do stationary work since my knee is hurting in an unfortunate problem area that my school's athletic trainer notified as dangerous. Going to the doctor tomorrow in order to insure that it is not a tear in the meniscus.
