Went out to go for 35 minutes. Had to stop for water at 30 min and it was very hot and I wasn't feeling well so I tried to keep running but ended up stoping short.

Street Scramble in Gig Harbor. Did it with a partner that is new to orienteering. I navigated and she encouraged me to run faster. 90 min course with as many controls as you can get. We got 11.

My knees have been hurting all day, tried icing and it hurt even more. Tried heat it was fine for a few minutes after but got worse. Taking the day off and then doing rest of my training on the elliptical or dirt path.

Last ultimate game. At SAAS. Lost 13-3, played almost all points. Scored 1 point and assisted the other two. A lot of cutting and running as mark in the hot weather.

Last ultimate practice. Warmed up with a lap and then did dynamic stretching. A few drills to work on cutting and then went into a scrimmage.

Game against U-prep. Really hot day and on turf. Lost 5 to 10. Played all but 3 points. Really long game with a few different defensive strategies. I did a lot of sprinting as a cutter and "the bunny" on zone defense. Also got to play handler.
