Seven hills practice. FIFA warm up kills me every time, planks were rough. We did a good 20 minutes of scrimmaging which was super fun. Did a lot of sprinting/cutting long drill. Also, we had to run field sprints when we weren't hustling.

Warm up with Kai before orienteering race. The place to warm up was terrible so we ended up running up and down the hill from start to finish 3 times.

WIOL #6 at Fort Ebey. If I had to describe this race in one word it would be climb. It was a race of going in and out of kettles. A lot of trail work until you had to pop off to get to the control. I think this race went to whoever had the most stamina and was in the most shape. I did really well.

Started with a lot of throwing and just sprinting to catch long disks. After 15 minutes of that, we decided to play 2 vs 2 game (half-field) which was exhausting because you can't not be moving, we had 6 sec to throw the disk and I was cutting if I wasn't throwing.

Took a slight break from frisbee to play 2 vs 2 soccer. Only half field but we played with no outs so it often was full field. Lots of fun and scored a few goals.

20 minute warm up. Game at Northwest and we won!! I felt as if I didn't play well and that made me angry, still got a lot of playing time but I felt like it was undeserved. Oh well, get them next time

This hike may trick you with it's 1.5 mile length but it's 1.5 miles that climbs 2022 ft. My calves and quads may be screaming tomorrow. Super steep and pretty slow but super hard.

Took the long way down because the steepness would have killed my knees on the way down. Thus was much more up tempo (obviously) but we covered like 2.5 times the distance in the same time.

Huge game against SAAS. I played really well and had a nice buzzer beater shot. We also won!! Had 20 minutes of warm up. It was such an exciting game with a huge crowd.

Cut Tuscany short today because of basketball practice but still got my 4 miles in. Finally had someone to run with, which was nice but I find it tiring to talk and run because my lungs suck.

It was super cold and super foggy this fine morning at 8:30 am. Ran up and down the road to warm up for Orienteering race.

This went fantastic! Well...I messed up the first/second control because I went straight to the control but it didn't match my description sheet...turns out I had the wrong one. So not a navigational mistake. Otherwise this was a great race and very clean navigationally.

Played 2 quarters of the JV game and warmed up again for 20 minutes. I got some good baskets and played well. Can be a little frustrating to play with JV at times but they only have 5 players so 4 varsity kids had to swing down.

My coach warned us this was gonna be an intense practice and it was. Lots of lines to run. 1 quarter (6 down and backs, 5, 4...1). Running in circles around the gym trying to make layups at every basket. I'm more in shape than the rest, finished all my lines first so that was good.

Pretty easy 2 miles to start the day off. Treadmills are hard to run on because you find yourself counting the minutes until you're done, instead of enjoying the run
