Rest day ordered by the doctor due to my knee injury. Wanted me to be off my legs all day which I followed.

Basketball (Game) 1:30:00 [4]

Went to the doctor beforehand to check on my knee. Got a brace, they determined it has nothing to do with the bones (through x-rays) and they cannot tell without an MRI if it has to do with the ligaments. Was only allowed to play 16 min of the 32. I played all of the 16 minutes. We won.

Had practice but was only allowed to shoot and do stationary work since my knee is hurting in an unfortunate problem area that my school's athletic trainer notified as dangerous. Going to the doctor tomorrow in order to insure that it is not a tear in the meniscus.
