Started with a 10 min warm up - 1 mile. Then did a set of Romanians (fast feet, high knees, butt kickers, skips, bounding lunges, cranes, backwards running), with our coach evaluating to make sure everything was perfect in form. Then did a run at Tuscany, where I managed to stay and lead the fast girls for 3/4 of the trail, lost them at the last big hill. Then got back and stretched.
