Warm up before orienteering race. Running around the parking lot a few times and remembering the park a little. Mentally preparing for my first real race.

Yay, this race felt so much better! Navigationally great, made 1 mistake that wasn't even that bad...I was just going to fast to nnotic the best option. There was one really steep hill that was hard to run up so it was a very slow jog. I felt slow and I know that sprints aren't my specialty (it was 2/3 college campus).

Had an 18 minute warm up with layups, bull dawg, and 3 on 2. Then had a game against Concrete high school, which we won by like 40 points. I played most of the game and had great defense.

First, had 15 minutes of warm up. Did a bunch of drills that got our legs moving and our heart rates up. Then had a game against Cedar Park Christian, a team who is in a better league and we lost by three to last year. After a high intensity game, we came away with the win.

Getting ready for our first real game tomorrow!! Went over all our plays,had 30 min of shooting drills, did some layup drills, and pretty good overall.

Did not have a happy practice ... Coach took my watch from me and saidd it was unsafe so I dont have my heart rates.

Today drills we're wothwr at full speed or we were standing around walking through plays. Overall, a pretty boring practice, but cemented the important stuff. AND BOY ARE MY QUADS SORE.

Quick 30 min on the treadmill but felt good. My quads are sore from yesterday's run but overall, everything else was doing snazy.

Wet and miserable outside but the run was fun and enjoyable. My stomach started to hurt during the second half so I took the hills slowly. But started very high tempo (for having basketball after).
