UW Race for WIOL #4. Varisty race (3.9 km) which I made two mistakes was very minor but cost me seconds and the other one was due to poor reading of control description (went to the wrong side of the fence). This cost me the win bc I lost by less than a minute. It was a sprint race and I felt like I did well but I'm not as fast as the other girls.

Long advanced race (5.8 km). Did this after the varsity race so I was a bit tired but I managed to run the whole thing. SO MANY STAIRS! Also I only had two hiccups that were very easy to correct.

Basketball (Game) 50:00 [4]

Game against Northwest. 20 minutes of warm up. I played really well and made all of my shots. I had increasing playing time throughout the game which was awesome bc I feel like I proved that I was playing well. Funny story: the power went out in the last 2 min so we never finished the game but we still won!

Game against Forest Ridge! We got 30 minutes to warm up today which was awesome! I got to start and played like the whole game, it was so much fun. High intensity and tiring because we only had 2 subs and 1 got injured before half.

Had simple surgery on my eye lid today so took the day off from school and rested. It was nice to get caught up and just rest.

Last year's varisty course at Magnuson. Last year I mispunched on this course (first time ever) and got 33 minutes. This year I got all the controls and got 30 minutes!! I remembered some of the course but I still had to pay attention bc my memory was just general.

2 small Maze-O courses to work on orientating the map and routes around uncrossable boundaries.

Did this twice, each map had 22 controls, but in general you work on turning your map and directions from where you need to go. A filled square with cups and you have to go to the cup that is in the next direction of your control and end up in the middle.

Second Seven Hills practice! Did a lot of mark drills today with break mark throws. Played some 2v2. Then scrimmaged and then had full field sprints.
