My coach warned us this was gonna be an intense practice and it was. Lots of lines to run. 1 quarter (6 down and backs, 5, 4...1). Running in circles around the gym trying to make layups at every basket. I'm more in shape than the rest, finished all my lines first so that was good.

Well this was good to get back into ideal shape after the holidays. Lots of lines and areobic drills. Ran through our offenses, it was a good awakening.

Pretty easy 2 miles to start the day off. Treadmills are hard to run on because you find yourself counting the minutes until you're done, instead of enjoying the run
