This hike may trick you with it's 1.5 mile length but it's 1.5 miles that climbs 2022 ft. My calves and quads may be screaming tomorrow. Super steep and pretty slow but super hard.

Took the long way down because the steepness would have killed my knees on the way down. Thus was much more up tempo (obviously) but we covered like 2.5 times the distance in the same time.

Huge game against SAAS. I played really well and had a nice buzzer beater shot. We also won!! Had 20 minutes of warm up. It was such an exciting game with a huge crowd.

Yay for waking up early. Well I ran at 8:30 for the first 2 miles and then the last mile at 8:13. Didn't want to run but I did it anyways.

Another early morning run, waking up at 6 am isn't fun but I feel great afterwards. Was going to go out for 30 minutes but I decided 3 miles was good.

Game against Uprep where we won by 26 points. We had 20 minutes of warm up. I didn't play much but I was really sore so that was good.

Cut Tuscany short today because of basketball practice but still got my 4 miles in. Finally had someone to run with, which was nice but I find it tiring to talk and run because my lungs suck.

Well I thought today would be easy but it was the wrong day to go for a run before practice. We did 14 lines of down and backs because coach was mad that we weren't hustling or that we missed our layups. We spent 20 minutes scrimmaging. Worked on full court dribbling/point guard skills.

Pretty easy practice today until the scrimmage which was a step up in intensity. We did a lot to warm up including some new types of planks and squats. Just some early morning fun.
