Basketball (Game ) 50:00 [3]

Yay last regular season game and we came out UNDEFEATED IN LEAGUE!! I got to play a lot and we won by like 40 points. Lots of fun and lots of running.

Lots of conditioning today's because we had been off due to snow. Quarters were rough (6 down and backs, 5, 4...1). We played some 3 on 3 on 3. It was good.

SNOW DAY!!
This was really slow with the snow and ice, especially when getting to the bridge. Had to be careful not to slip and die or running in the snow was super slow. A lot better on the bridge because the wind had blown away most of the snow.

Did our very intense FIFA warm up to start. Had to do part 1 twice so yay for more running. Then we did break mark drills and then worked on our end zone. For the last 45 minutes of practice we scrimmaged red team, the team above us which has like 5 people on Team USA. I got to play a lot and it started snowing so it was fun.

Did Caroline's training on UW campus today...a little late but better late than never. No streamers so spent a little more time at controls just making sure I wasn't cheating. Good day fro training. Messed up on 4 a little, went above instead of under.

Coming back was rough. Pretty flat to Bellevue but then a huge hill that was killer, almost stopped and walked my bike up but I powered through.

20 minutes of warm up, warmed up harder than normal bc we had a break in between for their senior speeches so we we didn't stop and do free throws, more up tempo drills. I had the best game of my life, had two beautiful put backs and great defense. Didn't play much of the 4th quarter because we let the bench players play (we were up by 40)
