Lots of scrimmaging and I got to mark our coach who is super good so that was exciting. Everyone left after an hour so him and I three for the next 30 min and worked on cutting and different throws.

Instead of ultimate practice, we did a workout while we waited for our placement meetings with coaches (made varsity for year 3).

Although we lost our in the tournament, this means it's ultimate season!! First day of ultimate and we warmed up with the FIFA warm up and playing dog (sprinting long for some nice hucks). The new scrimmaged the whole time, only got subbed once...when I was on I assisted/scored all the points...FEELS SO GOOD TO BE BACK.

Drove to Yakima after school for state tournament and found a gym to practice in. Ran some lines to warm up and then ran through our game warm up. We ran through our plays and did a shooting drill.

WIOL Relay with Kai and Annika. I ran the first leg which was kinda stressful with the mass start but it worked out well. I did a fantastic job working with the map and it went very smoothly. The hill was killer. Our team won!
