Had a contour only map of woodland park and worked on reading it, using the contours to find district areas of the vegetation. Just become one with the contour lines.

Felt really dizzy half way through practice and my stomach hurt so I sat out for a bit. Tame practice though.

my forearms are hurting. well I tried bouldering for the first time with a few friends, definitely worked some different muscles.
