We played goalty on the back field for an hour. Very fun. For those who don't know what it is: it's basically 4v4 half court basketballs with frisbees and a goal instead of a hoop.

3 big hills on this run...so this was my hill workout (?) but its also a long run...so I believe that this is a combined effort. :)

This was wonderful. Had the best time at the night O and beat Caroline (hehe). I didn't even warm up (thought the 5 mile run earlier was good enough). Very few mistakes. Did think I was gonna get eaten by a bear.

Caroline and I worked out at the IMA today. Split into 3 sections: full body strength, core, and agility.
Did three machines for legs, did 3 exercises/weights for upper body.
Did a 10 minute killer abs session.
Used the stairs of the tennis court stands to do stair runs. Used tennis court lines to work as a ladder.

A good first day. Started with some sprints and some throwing. Then scrimmaging!!

well this proved to be a bit of a mess. Supposed to be 4x600s with 30 second rest but it was more like 4x533. I think those loss in miles was made up for doing it my ultimate cleats (I forgot my running shoes) and running in a swampy, divot filled grass. At least I did it.

Club team played multiple short games against the UW’s ultimate team. We actually won most of them games. Very intense because they have some great players.
