4th Sprint Canberra event - Orana. Took a while to adjust to the 1:2000 scale so got super confused on the first control. A couple boring running legs but was super fun in the buildings.

2nd Sprint Canberra event - UC. All good apart from a questionable route choice to #6. Was tough and I was disappointed we didn’t go into the complex residential bit. Knees were painful the whole time so struggled to push the running :(

Not much running and quite a lot of drills while trying to stay warm.

WOOHOO 1500m! Massive PB - 4:57.77. Felt surprisingly good and really enjoyed it even though there was only 6 people (even with 2 age groups). Blair’s WOC talk got cancelled so lots of people came to watch and I defs had the biggest cheer squad :))))))

1st Sprint Canberra event - AIS. Was quite a lot of route choice (still don’t know which way was better for a lot of them) but managed to stay 1 control ahead the whole time with only one slip up thinking I could go across the field to #14. Went head to head with Ella and was good fun.

Des’ training at Stromlo. Was just an easy session because it was quite warm and everyone else will have a track sesh tomorrow. Did 5k of relaxed-ish pace (des says being able to talk but not able to sing) with Lucy.
