Training at the track. Easy sesh cos I’m racing on Saturday. 2 sets of 4 x 200m on 1:15 cycle with 3mins between sets. Was quite hot but was fun.

Training at Stromlo. 5 x 3min aerobic running with 1:30 rest. Started at the 600m mark and then ran in reverse to start with then on the next one turn around and come back and try and hit the start point in the same time. Nailed the first 2 and hit it dead on but started the third one and knees were really sore so had to take it easier for the next three :(
