First MSW race at Monash. Not good - rushing too much so didn't read the map properly (got confused at control locations and went from 9-16 go me).

MSW - Caulfield Grammar. Another shocker - super complicated (way more than I was expecting) and rushed again so didn't read the map (control sites, controls (went from 15-19 again), traps, routes) and didn't push my speed when I knew where I was going :(

O at Black Mountain Peninsula. Didn’t take it seriously at all.

Training at Stromlo: 3 x 600m (alternating 100s, 100f) then 6 x 100m hill sprints. Got pelted by rain on the first 600 then the rain stopped and was just soaking wet for the rest of the session. Legs felt a bit like rubber.
