Easy run with lots of stops from Stephen’s house to Maroubra/Malabar beach with the fam. Wish I could have gone for a swim the beach was so pretty!

Warm up, drills and stretching.

8 x steep hill JBD (with 5 push-ups after every rep except last on) then ~1700 threshold. Hills killed my legs and threshold killed my lungs. Did surprisingly well with the push-ups :)

Cooleman loop. Got dropped by the group at 4k (quite a bit faster than last week) then was by myself so struggled to keep the pace up. Also had a stomach ache so that didn't help.

Climbing in Mittagong!!! So much fun and actually managed to get up some climbs this time.

2 x 2k threshold (100 walk) then 6 x 100 stride (100 walk) out at Stromlo (+WU and WD). Felt surprisingly good.

Note

Went climbing at Thomson's Point in Nowra but didn't manage to get more that 5m off the ground cos of my weak arms/fingers and the fact I haven't been climbing in yonks.

V slow run searching for Bombaderry Creek. After 1k of nice trails and pretty forest (+last 1k on way back) it was just running along a highway and past a power station that smelt like vegemite. Didn't quite go far enough to get into the creek either :(
