WU/WDs for whole day.

ASC 1500, v slow but just had to make it to ACT. Also waited around for ages cos they started so late so that didn’t help my stiff legs.
12 PM

Running 2:45 [5] 0.8 km (3:26 / km)

ASC 800 - another long wait, sore knees and a slow race.

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [3]

Gymnastics with the PV crew. Got really weak arms but can still do giants which is good. Lots of backsaults as well. Heaps of fun!

Slow run/walk/scramble around Lane Cove circuit in Sydney. Was not wearing the right shoes for all the wet rocks and tree roots.
