Ate - porridge from the add boiling water pot + 1 x tortilla and had no issues toilet wise but races awful. Went off too fast & style was terrible. I'm so disappointed with style and really want to work on it.

Run with Cam, Callum ect. Wasn't holding the pace (first 44 with them at 4:07/km). Think I need to improve style.

Explore on mountain bike, went portobello area, senses quite a bit of pollution.

Snowy run, In orange puma shoes - was tough wearing them (continually touched heel to floor).
