Spinning at 100 rpm. Reasonably tough but good for cadence.

Nice easy run with Cam & Max. Working on cadence + 8x30s hills @ 70%.

2km @ 3:25, 2:30, 1.42km @ 3:34, 3:38, 0.94km @ 3:39, 1:34, 1.03km @3:41. Meant to do 3x2k off 2min but needed toilet so v.dissapointed. Ate wheetabix + porriage + branflakes + 2xbread in day.
