Ran down to Ballyclare and around the park and football pitches. Felt really good.

Out back run along the coastal trails between portrush and Portstewart. Nice cool day with showers/drizzle and not too much wind. Took two 500ml bottles of water. Felt great for the most part, kept it fairly relaxed and comfortable. Started to feel tired for the last few miles but managed to maintain the same pace, albeit with a greater perceived effort level.

Went up to Woodburn Forest for this run. Heavy rain but warm enough. Felt really good for the most part although the last 5 mins of the fartlek were quite tough.

Lunchtime run around Mallusk playing fields. Warm day. First mile a bit easier then upped the pace for the remainder. Felt good.

Easy run around Cavehill plus 6 hill sprints. Fancied somewhere different and hadn’t been up here for a while. Enjoyed it but found the steeper hills quite hard going.

Easy road run followed by 6 strideouts. Feeling tired today as I was at a wedding evening do last night but still had to get up to go into work at the usual time. Had a sleep when I got home before going out for the run. Felt really good on this run and was tempted to go faster but held myself back. Finished with 6 strideouts which felt great. Run was 5 or 10 mins and up to a mile longer than shown - my watch ran out of battery!
