15 mins easy, 4 x 5k S.E. off 1k easy and 15 easy. See email report but generally this went well. The 4th 5k was hard going as I had gotten cold during the preceding easy km but got it done and was feeling good again during the last mile or two and felt like I could have picked up again. Some GI issues - manages to keep the gels down but had to decrease frequency as I went on.
