Mixed terrain run around Ambleside. Started off on trails and fell out the back of the hotel where I got a hot lost but eventually got back on track on a well travelled path down to Ambleside. Mix of trail and road after that and then the last few miles on road. Started off feeling good but towards the end felt terrible and like I could just stop and walk or call a taxi. Kept going nonetheless but it was a bit of a death march
