running hills 45 minutes. Felt great but I was having bathroom issues. I should have just went to the bathroom and went back to running but for some reason in my mind if it is that close to the end I just finish. I walked at 45 min and tried running again but nope I had to go. lol
shoulders some pt for shoulder pull ups. got 8 solid in a row emom 11 min kipping hand stand push ups 25 sec plank
low and slow recovery run. Felt good. I kept at 5.0 pace because it felt awesome.
Benchmark Jackie 1000 meter row 50 thrusters 33lbs 30 pull ups (I had to do 1 jump at a time)
9:24 - hips were on fire I have a feeling it was because of the hills on Sunday Often wonder how good my running would be without crossfit and the other way around.
Then 3 sets 8 squats 50 percent of max I only did 73lbs 8-10 strict handstands - I did plate and mat for the first 2 sets and then did just mat for last set. Could only get a couple thought in the end.
